This Medical Privacy Policy applies to all patients, visitors, and users of Life Health Medical Unit (operating under the aegis of Dr. Sinhas' Healthcare & Research Foundation), located Opposite Mahavir Mandir (Kanya Madhya Vidalaya), Gidhaur, Jamui, Bihar – 811305.

Our medical practice encompasses multi-specialty clinical care, including Otolaryngology (ENT), Dermatology & Skin Infections, Hair Care & Regrowth, Women's Health, Oral Care, and General Health. Under no circumstances is clinical diagnostic data disclosed to unauthorized family members (without patient consent), employers, or insurance marketers without express written patient authorization.

  • Any symptom photos, previous test slips, or skin lesion photos shared via WhatsApp for preliminary clinical assessment are handled solely by medical staff and never exported or shared publicly.
  • Voice calls on the helpline are utilized strictly for appointment scheduling, location guidance, and post-consultation prescription clarification.

8. Patient Rights & Consent Management

As a patient of Life Health Medical Unit, you hold inherent legal and ethical rights regarding your personal and medical information:

9. Clinical Records Retention Period

In conformity with the Indian Medical Council (Professional Conduct, Etiquette and Ethics) Regulations, physical and digital medical records are preserved for a minimum statutory period of 3 years from the date of the last consultation, after which outdated physical records are securely shredded and digital logs are anonymized.
