These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Patient", "User", or "Guardian") and Life Health Medical Unit (operating under the aegis of Dr. Sinhas' Healthcare & Research Foundation), located Opposite Mahavir Mandir (Kanya Madhya Vidalaya), Gidhaur, Jamui, Bihar – 811305.

By accessing our clinic, booking an appointment through our website (drsinhas.in), or utilizing our telephone/WhatsApp helpline (+91 8287898485), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

• Consultation Fees: Once an in-clinic or video consultation appointment is booked, the consultation fee paid is 100% non-refundable.
• Advance Payments & Deposits: Any advance amount paid to reserve a doctor's slot cannot be refunded in cash or bank transfer.
• Payment Gateway Transaction Fees: Third-party banking processor convenience charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Rescheduling Provision: If a patient is unable to attend their scheduled slot, they may request an appointment reschedule to an alternate available date by notifying our helpline (+91 8287898485) prior to the appointment.

Life Health Medical Unit provides outpatient clinical evaluations and specialized healthcare across:

Consultations represent professional medical opinions based on clinical examination, patient-provided history, and diagnostic evidence. Treatment response varies based on individual physiology and adherence.

Patients must adhere to the following scheduling parameters:

• Consultation Timings: 09:00 AM – 03:00 PM (Sunday to Friday). Saturday is Weekly Off (Closed).
• Helpline Assistance: +91 8287898485 (Available 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM).
• Arrival Time: Patients holding an online confirmation are requested to report at least 15 minutes prior to their allocated slot to facilitate token registration and vital signs check.
• Triage & Clinical Delays: While every effort is made to adhere to slot timings, clinical emergencies or detailed patient evaluations may occasionally cause minor delays. We request patient patience and cooperation.

Accurate medical diagnosis requires complete transparency. The patient or guardian agrees to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information regarding previous ailments, surgeries, current medications, drug allergies, and pregnancy status.
• Follow the prescribed dosage, dietary guidelines, and application instructions provided on the official prescription sheet.
• Refrain from aggressive, disruptive, or abusive behavior towards healthcare staff and fellow patients on clinic premises.

Medicine is an evolving science. While our physicians bring 3 generations of healthcare excellence and utilize contemporary clinical standards, biological response to medications (dermatological therapies, hair regrowth treatments, ENT medical management) can vary across individuals.

Life Health Medical Unit, its physicians, and Dr. Sinhas' Healthcare & Research Foundation shall not be held liable for adverse reactions arising from undisclosed medical histories, drug allergies not reported by the patient, or self-medication without physician supervision.

These Terms & Conditions and all medical/digital interactions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of clinical services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jamui / Patna, Bihar, India.
